These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and Golden888 (hereinafter referred to as "Golden888", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Golden888 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at golden888.cam and any associated mobile applications or software (collectively, the "Platform").

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account with Golden888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Golden888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary evidence of age during KYC verification.
• You must be acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Golden888 or have had a previous account permanently closed by Golden888 for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Player Account on the Golden888 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device identifier, or residential address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

Upon registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or the personal details of another individual.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet, bank statement header).

Golden888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. All bets, deposits, and transactions made using your login credentials are deemed to have been made by you. Golden888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Golden888 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).

Minimum deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limitations of that payment channel;
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Golden888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published in the Payments section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Golden888 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus expiry window;
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is specified in the relevant promotion terms, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Game contribution rates: Slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino games, and certain other game categories may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10%–20%) or contribute 0%. Contribution rates are published per promotion;
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or fully wagered within the applicable expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) will be automatically removed from the account along with any associated winnings;
• Maximum cash-out from bonus funds: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus value or a fixed MYR ceiling;
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus conditions — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, and use of automated betting strategies — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure;
• One bonus per player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each registered member is entitled to claim each promotion once. Claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.

Golden888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All bets placed on the Golden888 Platform are final once confirmed. Golden888 shall not be liable for any errors in placing bets made by the Player, including incorrect selection of event, stake amount, or market type. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming.

Golden888 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — where:

• The bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement;
• There was a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or technical display;
• The bet was placed in breach of applicable betting rules for that specific game or market;
• Golden888 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, cheating, or use of prohibited software.

All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session. Results in any given session may differ significantly from stated RTP figures.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Golden888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker or live casino games;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment instruments;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at Golden888 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's technology or content.

All content on the Golden888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, design elements, and the overall user interface — is the exclusive property of Golden888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Golden888.

The Golden888 name, logo, and brand identifiers are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Golden888 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or error in Platform availability, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Loss of data, winnings, or account balance resulting from technical failures, network issues, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Gambling losses arising from your participation in any game or betting market on the Platform.

Golden888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Golden888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

Golden888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered members free of charge via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automated logout alerts;

Golden888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8;
• Player self-exclusion request;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, Golden888 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal regulations of Golden888's operating jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Golden888's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by Golden888. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Golden888 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or legitimate business interests.

Golden888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Golden888 will publish a revised version of the Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date, and — where practicable — provide advance notice to registered members via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Golden888 accepts no liability for any loss or disadvantage arising from a Player's failure to review updated Terms.
